My Coaching Programs include the following elements:

Initial consultation: This is completely free and allows you and I to get to know each other, discuss your goals and expectations, and assess whether coaching with me is the right fit for both of us.

Regular one-on-one coaching sessions: These are typically scheduled at a frequency that works best for you (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly) and last for a predetermined amount of time (3, 6, 12 months, ongoing). During these sessions, we will work together to discuss your progress, set goals, develop plans of action, and address any challenges or setbacks.

Flip-it Group coaching sessions:  Flip-it is a unique and often very deep coaching experience where clients challenge their belief systems and learn to re-think the way they think. During these sessions, you will work with your coach to discuss progress, set goals, develop a plan of action, and address any challenges or setbacks. (Can also be used in one-on-one coaching sessions.)

Homework assignments: Your coach may suggest assignments or exercises to complete between sessions in order to help you practice new skills, implement your action plan, and make progress towards your goals. (Offered when deemed appropriate and never mandatory.)

Email/text support: Email and/or text support may be offered between sessions, allowing you to check in with me or ask for guidance as needed. (Amount and frequency dependent on the package chosen.)

Tools and resources: I may provide you with additional tools and resources (such as book suggestions, articles, or online courses) to help you further your learning and development.

Follow-up support: We will discuss follow-up support according to your wishes after the coaching relationship has ended, to help you stay on track and continue making progress towards your goals.
